"The moment I - as a pastor - stop growing, this church will stop growing. You must always be developing and growing and becoming what God wants you to be. Learning to be a leader takes a lifetime." - Rick Warren (From Rick Warren's Ministry Toolbox Issue #307)

HOLY BIBLE
The Bible is the most important book I have ever read. I continue to spend time each day reading and studying this great book. I encourage you to also spend time each day reading the Bible. It can change your life.
There are many translations of the Bible. My favorite is the New American Standard Bible (NASB). I have been using this translation as my main Bible since 1975. I recommend it as a clear and accurate translation. Other translations I regularly use include the New International Version (NIV), the Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB) which is a very readable translation. I also use the New King James Version (NKJV), and the King James Version (KJV).
